This kettlebell workout is great because you only need one kettlebell. There are two blocks; one consisting of 2-arm exercises and the second are the same exercises done on the single side.

You can do this workout in many different ways and perform as many reps as you like. Here at the gym we like to do them for time and we usually do a 2:1 work:rest ratio. You can do 30:15 or 40:20.
If you don’t want to do it for time you can do them for repetitions.
Rest when both rounds are complete and do as many as you have time for.
