One of my favorite quick kettlebell workouts that can be used as a finisher or a workout itself. I call it the Odd Kettlebell Workout Ladder.
Start on one side of the body and complete the following:
1- Turkish Get Up
3- Military Presses
5 – Squats
7 – Uneven Push Ups (one hand on the kettlebell)
9 – 1-Arm Swings
Repeat on the other side starting with the swings and then descending to the Turkish Get Up. Rest up and repeat as many times as you’d like.
