KETTLEBELL TRAINING
KETTLEBELL TRAINING
Kettlebell training offers some of the most complete, efficient, and effective performance results available. Due to the high intensity and ballistic movements, you can increase your strength, conditioning and explosive power all while burning fat. We are one of the few facilities in the Bay Area that offer RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) training from CERTIFIED Level II instructors and we use this type of conditioning throughout all our training services.

We are available for private or semi-private Kettlebell instruction and offer special programs to help you pass your RKC certification. Please contact us for more information.
ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CIRCUITS
ADULT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CIRCUITS
These workouts are a great way to increase your strength and cardiovascular health. Unlike ordinary gym circuit classes, you will never do the same workout twice. We utilize unconventional exercises to increase your muscle definition, endurance and shed body fat in a short amount of time.

These workouts are limited to six people and occur regularly throughout the week. Space is limited. Please contact us for more information.
